Everest Challenge

On March 28, we brought the ultimate endurance challenge to Frederiksberg Have.

Inspired by the height of Mount Everest, teams of three took on one mission: conquer a combined elevation of 8,848 meters.

The challenge was simple, but far from easy. Up and down the same hill, again and again, pushing physical and mental limits with every climb.

But this wasn't just about reaching the summit. It was about teamwork, determination, and the power of pushing through together.

Because at 5th Element, we believe real growth happens outside your comfort zone.
