Shipping
We aim to deliver all orders within 1 week. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier and periods of high demand.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us at info@5thelement.dk and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for your return
We will reply with the information needed to send your return back to us.
Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached. Please pack your return securely and include your order number inside the package.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We may reject a return if:
- The item has been worn beyond what is necessary to assess its fit and condition
- The item is damaged, stained or otherwise not in its original condition
- The item has been exposed to smoke, strong odours or other substances
- Original tags have been removed or damaged
- The returned item is not the item originally purchased from 5th Element
- The return request was submitted outside the applicable return period
Please make sure your return is packaged securely to avoid damage during transportation.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected.
If the return meets our requirements, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need another size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@5thelement.dk as soon as possible.
Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can help resolve it.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, customisation or other legal reasons. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
